This is shorter Yin-Yang practice, taking you through a Wave to wake up your balanced dancing power.
It’s designed for starting the day, relaxing into being and activating your energy. You could also dance to it when you are in preparation for something and want to bring movement and presence to your intention – for example before going into an important conversation.
It’s an integrated practice, drawing on teachings from the 5Rhythms Wave, Taoist Yin-Yang practice, and with a flavour of Movement Medicine too.
