This is a recording from an In-The-Room session at Totnes Dance Collective in August 2024.
For me, it was a really nice session: uplifting, connected and subtle, with an experienced group of dancers who were really up for it.
You join us after the warm-up and at the beginning of the wave – which is a little different from the usual class recordings which cover from start to end, but I wanted to offer a shorter, more accessible one. There’s quite a long Stillness at the end, which was really delicious, but if you’re short on time you could fade out a few mins before the end.
