2 – QUESTIONS:
How is your BODY, these days?
What does it need to be well?
(e.g. which foods, how much sleep, touch or not, connection, solitude, nature, etc)
What is moving in your HEART, this season?
What is touching you, brings emotion – in your own life, in other people’s journeys, in the current world situation?
Where is your MIND, just now?
What are you conscious of – in this moment?
If you take a minute to sit and notice your thoughts, where do they take you?
What is SOUL… for you…?
How is your BODY, these days?
What does it need to be well?

3 – BRING A SOUL OBJECT
Please choose and bring an object that reminds you of how you are when you are most soulful and alive – who you are or what makes you happy.

WHAT ELSE TO BRING:
1) loose, comfortable clothes to dance in
2) a refillable water bottle (no disposable plastic please)
3) notebook & pen / art materials
4) a soul object (see above)
5) food for lunch (healthy, easily-digestible is good) – and some to share if you like to.
Be aware we may break later than your usual lunch time so have a good breakfast.
6) a candle for the ceremony on Sunday
7) desire to dance!
