Terms, Conditions and Protocols
This page is quite a dry read, but like a lot of structure it’s also important, so please be aware of what’s here and please reach out if you have any questions

Protocols of the Movement Space
Your participation in any Glimpses of Light Movement Event is taken as an implicit agreement that you commit to abiding by and upholding these protocols.
1. Commitment. Please attend all the sessions and stay for the full duration of every session. Please be punctual: give yourself enough time to arrive at the venue and be on the dancefloor ready to begin at the start time. If you are unable to attend for any reason or need to leave early, please communicate and let us know.
2. Respect. Please respect all bodies in the space, their boundaries, limits and choices. This includes your own body and your boundaries, limits and choices. Please also respect the space and the practices we work with.
3. Self-Responsibility & Resourcing. Please remember you are responsible for your physical, psychological and spiritual wellbeing at all times. The facilitator(s) and support team are here to support you by holding a strong, safe space where you can dance to empower and heal yourself. Please be aware this is not therapy, specialist trauma work or medical practice. The work can be catalytic and transformative. If challenges arise for you that need extra support to metabolise, please consider putting this in place for yourself (e.g. specialist professional 1-to-1 work in a relevant and appropriate modality). Hold your own process and reach out for support when you need to – and cultivate the self-knowledge to recognise which is which.
4. Confidentiality. The space we co-create is confidential. Please do not share about other people’s experiences unless they have explicitly asked for this to happen.
