This meditation is a Taoist take on the practice that Movement Medicine calls ‘Awakening the Dancer’ and 5Rhythms calls ‘Body Parts’ Short and simple, it’s designed to be easy to fit it in your routine.
It’s a no-drama invitation to use body and breath to awaken and balance your receptive and active energies; to weave them together in movement, and to remember you’re alive and you are a dancer. Then get on with your day / evening / whenever.
