INTEGRATION & MORE DANCING
Here’s some suggestions to integrate and make the most of this experience:
1. Have a Dance (or even some dances!) this week, using the mixes above.
Make some space that is safe to move, have water available + anything else you need.

The first mix is a 30min journey through the Essentials of The Way of the Dancer. There’s one track each to find your Body, explore Flow and Rhythm (similar to how we worked on Sunday morning) and then going through the arc of a Wave.
The second one, Be You, Believe, Find the Power is a shorter 14min injection of musical love to re-centre yourself, awaken your life force, and/or for moments when you might want a little lift.
Use one or the other or both of these recordings as you like (or any other music you like, obv!)
2. You can also use the Silent Practice exercise we did after lunch – set a timer on your phone and just move, see what happens.
Please remember: you are responsible for your own phsyical, emotional, psychological and spiritual wellbeing!
