Basically: music that brings medicine, whatever the genre – to uplift our spirits and deepen our consciousness. Many tracks are new releases, with classics and recent discoveries blended in and taking it to another level.
There’s some microphone flow in the mix to set the space, offer pathways for journeying – and pay respect to the music-makers, their traditions, and our listening contexts between earth and sky.
TRANSMISSION GUIDELINES:
- Turn the phones off, the lights down and the sound up. Use the best speakers / headphones you have available.
- Dance, sit back or get creative. Listen solo or gather with others. Sweat your prayers, take a walk or do the washing up – find your own way to immerse, ride the waves and raise your frequency.
- For maximum immersion, be there at the start, lock in and take the whole journey. Making a simple ritual opening and closing can help to go deeper, for example lighting a candle to begin and extinguishing to complete.
- Please remember you are responsible for ensuring the space you are in is safe, and for tending to your own physical, psychological and spiritual well-being.
