This is the recording from the TDC live session on Monday February 2nd.
It was one of those nights when everything really flows. The vibe was simply delicious and there was a big, up-for-it group; it seemed like everyone was emerging from hibernation with the Imbolc energy.
We moved through a Warm-up, an uptempo Body Parts meditation, simple MESA-style spatial practice and then into a Wave
