Elemental Medicine

This is a longer Elements practice in a Movement Medicine style.
You could dance this when wanting to connect with the elments as a way of getting more embodied, or to remember your inherent elemental nature.

This mix could also be used for ritual; the facilitation is simple, less a guided practice and more a ceremonial calling-in of each element as we move through.

The DJ mix was a vintage Ecstasy Radio one from 2016, originally made for as a little hello to the One Dance Tribe community prior to my first time teaching at that gathering. I always wanted to make a guided version of this and it was 7 years on when I did! That was one of the seeds of The Dancefloor Jedi Project.
