A day to plug-in to the dance, explore the fundamentals of movement practice and connect as a group of dancing human beings.
This workshop on full moon and at the end of winter will be an invitation to (re)awaken the dancer that you are, working and playing with core 5Rhythms and Movement Medicine practice.
