I'll be holding the space at Totnes Dance Collective this week.
The session usually consists of a warm-up, some simple teaching or movement practice, followed by a lightly facilitated wave. The invitation is to dance solo, with others and in the group field.
Beginners and experienced dancers all welcome.
The Totnes Dance Collective holds weekly sessions on Monday evenings at the Civic Hall, offering a diversity of practices including 5Rhythms, Movement Medicine, Soul Motion, Music-Led Dance and other Conscious Dance fusions.
It’s a long-established community with a welcoming ethos and a great vibe.
I’m happy to be one of the 8 teachers & spaceholders, with occasional guests, that hold space at Totnes Dance Collective on a regular basis (roughly once every two months).

7.30-9.30pm
including a sharing circle for the last 15mins.
Doors open at 7.15pm.
