I'm happy to be one of 8 local Devon-based teachers that hold space for this long-standing Monday night drop-in dance. The teachers bring a diversity of practices including 5Rhythms, Movement Medicine, Soul Motion, Music-Led Dance and Conscious Dance fusions. It’s a long-established community space with a welcoming ethos and a great vibe.
Take a deep journey on the dancefloor, bringing Body, Heart and Mind together as a way to awaken Soul.
