Facilitation
–TESTAMONIAL HERE –
To facilitate: means to make easy (French / Latin)
As a facilitator, my focus is on bringing awareness to what is happening in a situation and supporting the emergence of creative solutions. The intention is to resource health and balance in the whole system, so that it can work in service of all.
I am available on a bespoke basis to facilitate insight sessions and change processes for communities, organisations and other collective human situations.
I bring an ability to listen for the specifics of a situation, an understanding of the importance of diversity in all its many forms – I have around two decades of experience of working with groups, teams and community processes.
If needed I can bring in colleagues with relevant skills to co-facilitate alongside me or support in other ways.
Feel free to get in touch if you have a situation you think I could bring movement to.

needs a better image – no ‘inner circle’ not two in the middle. all the edges connected to the centre, multiple circles.
Make another version of this one? find something else more ‘out there’ like mentoring?
