TIER 1 BENEFITS:

Dive Deep into Dance... This offering is for conscious dancers and movement meditators who want music and guidance to dance at home and anywhere. You'll receive a monthly flow of specially-crafted resources for integrating a transformative movement practice into your life.

• DJ mixes & Guided Practices for Dancers: every month I make dancing journeys, using the maps of the 5Rhythms Wave, Movement Medicine and The Way of the Dancer. These come as guided practices (music with my spoken facilitation over the music), and music-only DJ versions for more autonomous movement practice. The journeys vary in length from under 15mins to two hours, so you get a mix of short practices that are easy to include in your routine, and opportunities for longer immersion.

• Movement Meditations, Teachings & Rituals: you also receive other guided practices, for working without music, drawing on freeform movement technique, Taoism, Processwork or the shamanic / animist traditions I work with.

• Transmission: Deep Radio in Your Pocket: you have next-day, offline listen-back recordings and tracklistings for my monthly live Transmissions, an opportunity to use the maps to dance deep, immersing solo or syncing with others.

• Dancer's Library & Guides: you get access to all the waves, mixes, meditations and teachings to use offline and at any time, using the Patreon app, web interface - or another podcast reader. You also get 'how-to' starter's intro and other teaching guides to using the dance as a meditation and tool for living.

• Monthly Update: at the start of the month I send out an update, signposting what's coming, share some suggestions for practice and a tune of the month.

Elevate the Vibe...  This is the full-spectrum option, giving you access to all the resources on the other tiers, plus taking you to the next level with live online dance spaces with me.

• The Full Spectrum: as a contributor on this tier, you'll have access to all the resources in 'Tuning In' + 'Pocket Dancefloor' (see below for full list)

• You plug into my teaching, guidance and music live and direct at Luminance, a monthly online session.
