I'll be holding the regular Temenos Friday Movement Journey as part of a 2-night residency in London.
This will be a taught class and warm-up session for Music is the Healing Force of the Universe the following night.
This session can be booked with the Saturday night (recommended if you are able to take the 2-night journey and spaces remain) Or you can just drop-in for one night.
