Deep Rhythm is a space for immersive dance journeys, exploring the sweet spot where the focus of a conscious dance class meets the freedom of a DJ-led open dancefloor.
Body is our vessel, Breath is our fuel. Music is the guide and Dance is the meditation.
We offer some light facilitation to support depth experience. Dancing solo, in connection and as a tribe are all possible and encouraged. The space is free from talking, drugs&alcohol and any devices. All welcome.
MUSIC POLICY: eclectic deep sounds from immersive to soulful, electronic to organic, ancient to future.
MAPS FOR THE JOURNEY: 5Rhythms, Movement Medicine and a weave of conscious, underground and shamanic practices.
Deep Rhythm is a collaborative offering with Jo Hardy, another Devon-based and internationally-known movement facilitator-DJ. Christian currently holds one session a month
