A day to plug-in to the dance, explore the fundamentals of movement practice and connect as a group of dancing human beings.
This workshop is an invitation to (re)awaken the dancer that you are, using core 5Rhythms and Movement Medicine maps to the dancefloor and exploring Christian’s unique synthesis, The Way of the Dancer.
