To really dance\, feel the music and open to the amazing and vast experience of body-spirit consciousness? How do we do that\, on the dancefloor and in our everyday lives? \n \nThe Way of the Dancer is an invitation to dance deep and explore ecstatic movement as a meditation practice for our times. We will work with core practices from 5Rhythms and Movement Medicine\, exploring how they support and inspire us to connect – with ourselves\, each other and the wider fields of community and world. On day 2 we will move through a dancing ceremony to give thanks for life. \n
