Movement enables this possibility and liberates us to become more of who we are. Coming to dance and do this freedom work together has its own particular potency. What is an Immersion? \nImmersions are a way to dive deep into the dance. They give time for experiential study of movement as meditation practice. They give space to the natural\, healing and creative process that unfolds on the dancefloor.
